we'll use a systematic, project management approach to defining your company's needs and
their associated solution. Key features of this approach are:

We will define the parameters that we will work within.
We will provide advice and guidance, and suggested solutions will be defined and agreed through ongoing dialogue.
We will jointly establish critical success factors that are clear and can be measured.

During the delivery of the solution, you will be in control and will be kept informed of progress on a regular basis, in a way that you choose.
During the delivery of the solution, your employees will receive ongoing information, advice and guidance.
We will support you by ensuring clear measurement of the impact of the solution is in place at the outset.
