About The Lounge

At The Lounge Bistro and Bar we provide a showcase for the next generation of chefs, demonstrating their talent and skill through creative cuisine and delicious dishes.

Our menu covers a range of cooking styles using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, carefully selected to reflect the seasonal changes. Our latest range can be seen in the Lounge Bistro and Bar menu.

As a training restaurant we pride ourselves in providing a spring board for future catering talent with a level of service rarely rivalled. This allows us to offer our quality food at a price few can match. As a fully licensed restaurant we also sell a selection of alcoholic drinks and carefully selected wines.

The Lounge Bistro and Bar offers the following services:

Lunch Service –  Monday to Friday 12.00pm (Last orders 1pm)

Traditional Afternoon Tea – Tuesday 2.pm – 3.30pm

Coffee Club – Wednesday 9.30-11.00

Dinner – Thursday evening 7pm (Last orders 7:45pm)

We can also cater for group bookings and business lunches and offer a full Christmas Dinner service in the festive season.
