Recruiting new staff is not an easy process, and finding the right staff for the job can be an expensive exercise. At Sunderland College we understand this and have developed our Free Recruitment Support Service for businesses to take away the hassle from hiring.
Our dedicated team of training specialists work with companies across Sunderland and the North East to help maximise the effectiveness of their recruitment process. Our recruitment service is made up of four key areas, which are offered at no cost to the recruiting business.
Wage Compensation
We can provide employers with financial support through the Wage Incentive Initiative* if they employ at least one of our Work Programme clients.
Tailored Pre-employment Training
Identifying the key skill areas required of new recruits, we develop a bespoke training programme to ensure candidates put forward to interview are job ready and meet the exact specification required of the role.
Job Ready Recruits
We provide employers with direct access to our large talent pool of freshly trained students, ready for work and equipped with the latest in their industry’s skills and standards.
Interview Facilities
Employers running a recruitment process can use facilities on any of our five main campuses to present and conduct interviews.
