Bede Campus

Bede Campus is home to our Bede and Headways sixth forms and is located just outside Sunderland city centre on Durham Road.

It provides an excellent learning environment for academic and vocational courses including new state of the art science labs and a dedicated learning resource centre with internet café, helping ensure the quality of our education is matched by our facilities.

As the dedicated centre for our sports provision it features impressive sporting facilities including a sports hall, outdoor sports fields, a technogym fitness suite and the multi million pound Goals centre – comprising of 10 floodlit all weather synthetic pitches. These facilities are used extensively for lessons and are also available free of charge for any of our students.

Blue Square Recruitment, our recruitment agency is also based at Bede, helping students find part time work in the local area.

Bus Routes

Bede Campus has a bus stop at the gates where the number 3, 4, 18/19, 20, 23, 35 X35 and 71 bus routes stop.
